Get to know us

With innovation increasing, the challenges and opportunities facing our clients in exploration and production are diverse. They are looking for smart, accelerated solutions, tailor-made around a wide variety of technical, geographic, legislative, and environmental challenges. Transcontinental Resources Ltd.’s experience and technical excellence enables us to plan and navigate this dynamic journey with our clients.

For the past five years, the primary objective of Transcontinental Resources LTD has been to extract lithium compounds from Spodumene concentrate which is sourced and shipped from various global sources to the Company's Lithium Extraction plant located in Bayport, Texas. The Bayport Extraction plant transforms spodumene concentrate into high purity lithium hydroxide and lithium carbonate to meet up with the growing demand in the lithium battery market which is driven by the increasing demand for lithium batteries in mobile computing devices, electric vehicles and large-scale power storage in lithium batteries.

Our rare metals & minerals activities which began in July 2019 are supported by ownership interests in controlled and non-controlled industrial assets such as mining, smelting, refining and warehousing operations. This business includes commodities departments for rare earth compounds that are extracted from iron ore and monazite.

In July 2021, the Company’s portfolio was further diversified after it secured the rights to construct the Advanced Materials Processing Plant in Fujairah, UAE. On the 25th of February 2024, the construction of the Fujairah Advanced Materials Processing Plant commenced.
